About the role

Monas Consulting is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its real‑estate and construction portfolio. The CEO will shape strategic direction, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of premium services to clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a high‑performance, accountable culture across the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions and profitability management.
• Lead, mentor and manage senior leadership and at least 20 direct reports.
• Develop talent pipelines, succession plans and leadership capacity.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach and ensure consistent premium service delivery.
• Define and execute the company’s long‑term strategic vision.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities in real estate and construction.
• Build strategic partnerships and enhance brand equity.
• Provide executive oversight of construction and real‑estate projects, ensuring timely, quality‑focused delivery.
• Ensure financial governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate with investors, partners, contractors and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field; MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior or executive leadership.
• Proven experience managing 20+ direct reports.
• Strong background in construction and real‑estate development.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, people management and business operations.
