Chef – Prepare Local & International Meals

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef to join our team in Marina, Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality local and international dishes while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare excellent local and international meals following recipes and video instructions.
• Manage grocery shopping and maintain kitchen stock levels.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least 2 years of proven cooking experience in a private home, hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian cuisine and ability to prepare a variety of international dishes.
• Willingness to learn new recipes through videos, recipes, and detailed instructions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Yoruba is a plus.
