Chat Operator – Remote (Nigeria)

About the role

This remote Chat Operator position supports a partner company’s AI‑driven communication platforms. Based in Nigeria, you will monitor and improve large‑scale online conversations, ensuring high‑quality interactions for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Observe chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth, appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify tone, improve response quality, or assist companions.
• Track, evaluate, and analyse communication patterns between users and AI agents.
• Assess AI‑assisted replies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies.
• Report technical or content issues in automated responses for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate supporting content (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach.
• Understanding of user behavior and basic customer psychology with empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written Russian skills and good command of English.
