Channel Sales Account Manager - Cybersecurity

About the role

The Channel Sales Account Manager will lead the promotion and distribution of cybersecurity solutions through partner networks. You will work closely with internal product, engineering and marketing teams to shape product strategy, drive market adoption and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer experience, identify product gaps and generate ideas to grow market share.
• Create internal and external buy‑in for the product vision and pricing strategy.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes and launch plans.
• Prioritise activities based on business impact and collaborate with engineering for rapid time‑to‑market.
• Lead product launches, coordinate with public relations, executives and other product managers.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistent messaging with product line strategy.
• Act as a product evangelist within the partner ecosystem and represent the company on customer visits.
• Engage partners weekly, schedule joint meetings with prospect customers and drive joint sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technology solutions and managing product lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to work in virtual, multi‑project environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sage.
