Catering Admin Coordinator – Full‑time in Lagos

About the role

Our client, a bespoke catering company in Gbagada, Lagos, is looking for a proactive Catering Admin Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks and support the catering operations. The role ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen, clients, and vendors while maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, maintain filing systems for contracts, invoices and client records.
• Supervise office assistants and verify stock records, approving item issuance to the kitchen.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts for catering events and manage client communications.
• Schedule client consultations, menu tastings and maintain accurate event calendars.
• Process invoices, receipts and assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients, track inventory levels and alert management for restocking.
• Support HR functions such as staff scheduling and leave management.
• Compile weekly operational reports and follow up with clients post‑event for feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
• 3‑4 years of administrative experience in hospitality or catering.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resides in Gbagada or Lagos mainland.
• Customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
