CAD Engineer/Technician (NYSC Corps Member)

About the role

I&M Limited is looking for a detail‑oriented CAD Engineer/Technician to join its team as an NYSC Corps Member. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity for a corps member to gain practical experience in design, drafting and engineering support within a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications and design requirements.
• Assist engineers in developing detailed design layouts and plans.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes.
• Maintain organised records of drawings and related documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member and available for Primary Place of Assignment.
• Degree or HND in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
