Business Relationship Manager – Abuja

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager will drive new business acquisition and deepen existing client relationships for Moniepoint’s suite of banking and payment solutions. Based in Abuja and working remotely, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers, matching their financial needs with Moniepoint’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, social media and participation in trade fairs.
• Cross‑sell Moniepoint’s banking and payment products to existing clients.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Conduct daily sales team meetings, review performance and plan weekly activities.
• Maintain and grow current business relationships, gathering feedback for internal teams.
• Perform market research to uncover selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the local financial services industry.
• Analytical mindset with solid business acumen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tertiary education from a recognised institution.
