Business Performance & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Business Performance & Reporting Specialist will deliver accurate, timely, and decision‑ready commercial performance reporting for the Cement and Foods divisions. Working within the GED Commercial Operations Office, you will maintain dashboards, produce regular reporting packs, and conduct variance analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage commercial performance dashboards covering sales, margins, market share and other KPIs.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and management reporting packs for key stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and targets, highlighting gaps, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Support the GED Commercial Operations Office and Technical Lead with analytical insights and ad‑hoc performance analysis.
• Collaborate with business units to gather, validate and consolidate performance data.
• Identify trends and provide early warning signals on deviations from business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business performance reporting, commercial analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, commercial operations or a large corporate environment is an advantage.
