Business Operations Manager

About the role

The Business Operations Manager will ensure that facilities are ready for daily operations, coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain seamless production flow. This role acts as the operational hub linking customer service, sales, inventory and factory production to meet order fulfillment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility opening, site readiness, security schedules and utility management (generators, inverters, fuel, Wi‑Fi).
• Serve as the central link between customer service, sales, inventory and production teams to guarantee smooth order scheduling.
• Compile and submit daily operational reports covering site visits, production progress and resource utilization.
• Monitor device usage, WhatsApp communication setups and digital workflow tools to maintain connectivity across locations.
• Supervise inventory movements, office assistants, logistics officers and maintenance tasks to avoid shortages or downtime.
• Implement and enforce SOPs for production coordination and material sourcing.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on budget alignment and overall business stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in operations, facility management, logistics coordination or production oversight, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to solve operational bottlenecks independently and work under pressure.
• Excellent report‑writing and analytical capabilities.
• High technical aptitude with hands‑on experience in digital management tools.
