Business Operations & Growth Manager

About the role

The Business Operations & Growth Manager will lead revenue‑driving initiatives across all business units, ensuring that strategic decisions are executed quickly and with accountability. This role reports to senior leadership and works closely with cross‑functional teams to remove bottlenecks and accelerate profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and enforce weekly revenue and performance targets for every business unit.
• Translate corporate strategy into concrete execution plans and measurable outputs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver aligned results.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that hinder growth and profitability.
• Track, analyse and report weekly operational and revenue performance.
• Support business expansion projects and develop pipelines for government and high‑value contracts.
• Ensure continuous alignment between strategy, execution and results.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in operations or growth roles with a proven record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong execution capacity in high‑performance environments.
• High level of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and enforce performance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; industry experience in real estate is an advantage.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 400,000 and NGN 600,000.
• Performance bonus up to NGN 300,000 – 500,000.
