Business Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant in Abuja. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving financial performance while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall administration and day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring high levels of service.
• Control finances, monitor budgets, and handle cash flow.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven financial management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
