Business Manager – Club Operations

About the role

FoLiXx Hospitality is seeking a commercially‑driven Business Manager to lead Club Operations in its Lekki, Lagos venue. The role combines revenue optimisation, operational oversight and team leadership to ensure a premium guest experience and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the lounge and clubhouse by refining sales strategies, enhancing guest experience and monitoring KPIs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end daily operations, enforce SOPs and coordinate bar, service, security, maintenance and support teams.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate managers and supervisors, fostering a performance‑focused culture and supporting recruitment and training.
• Manage stock control, inventory movement and wastage, implement cost‑reduction measures while preserving service quality.
• Ensure the venue consistently delivers a premium experience, aligning ambience, cleanliness, safety and brand standards.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, provide strategic insights and support scaling of the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Business Operations Manager, Operations Manager or similar role within hospitality, nightlife, lounges or club environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth and cost control.
• Leadership ability to drive performance, accountability and staff development.
