Business Development & Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development & Partnerships Executive to join our Revenue & Growth team in Lekki, Lagos. The role is full‑time and hybrid, combining remote work, field engagements and on‑site collaboration. You will drive new revenue streams across our luxury gifting, experiential and events portfolio by identifying prospects, building strategic partnerships and managing key corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities in corporate and private sectors.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
• Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, vendors and industry stakeholders.
• Generate revenue through corporate gifting, experiential events, sponsorships and collaborations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and partnership decks.
• Lead client meetings, negotiations and contract discussions.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal Brand Development, Growth and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts and activity tracking.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, corporate sales, partnerships or account management.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Confidence engaging senior executives and corporate decision‑makers.
