About the role
The Business Development & Onboarding Executive will identify and engage prospective cooperative societies, showcase the VividCoop solution and support new customers through registration and onboarding. The role also includes training cooperative administrators and users, providing first‑line support and building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective cooperative societies.
- Demonstrate VividCoop and follow up on leads.
- Support new customers through registration and onboarding.
- Train cooperative administrators and users.
- Provide first‑line support and build strong customer relationships.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Cooperative Management or a related field.
- Good accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Digital literacy.
- Willingness to undertake field visits.
