Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, finance, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to promote the company’s services
Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Required profile

A minimum of a BSC in a related field
2 years of previous experience in a similar role
