About the role

CareNestPro is expanding its care ecosystem in Nigeria and seeks a Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition and partnership growth. Reporting to the Growth & Marketing Manager, you will prospect organisations and individuals, introduce CareNestPro services and help convert leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential clients across hospitals, healthcare providers, banks, schools, NGOs and private families.
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and on‑site visits.
Schedule and attend meetings, deliver presentations and support proposal preparation.
Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the Growth & Marketing Manager to close deals and generate revenue.
Identify and nurture referral opportunities to expand the pipeline.

Required profile

Motivated sales or business development professional.
Commercially minded and results‑oriented.
Interest in building a career within the care services sector.
Entry‑level with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
