About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to join our Lagos office. The role focuses on expanding our presence in the hospitality sector by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and shaping market‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality market.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop effective growth strategies.
• Engage in financial planning and develop financial strategies to support business expansion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and drive results.

Required profile

• Experience working in hotel operations or a related hospitality environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and a background in finance.
• Proven experience in new business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience in the African hospitality market is a plus.
