Business Development Manager – South West Nigeria

About the role

RxAll™ is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its South‑West Nigeria territory (Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Edo). Based in Ibadan, you will be the primary point of contact for pharmacies and healthcare providers, driving new customer acquisition and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑25 field visits per week to pharmacies, hospitals and distributors.
• Onboard new customers onto RxAll’s digital platform and manage existing relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets of N20M+ and meet territory revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate GPS‑tagged visit logs, CRM updates and sales reports.
• Ensure a 90%+ reorder rate within 7 days of repayment and retain 95%+ of active customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field; Pharmacy, Business or Marketing preferred).
• 3‑5 years of B2B field sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to retail pharmacies, hospitals or healthcare distributors in the South‑West region.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding N20M+ monthly sales.
• Existing relationships with pharmacy owners in Oyo, Osun, Ondo or Edo is a strong advantage.
• Experience with trade‑credit or lending products preferred.
• Own or have reliable transportation for daily field visits.
• Fluent in English, Yoruba and Pidgin.
• Comfortable using smartphones, CRM applications and reporting tools.
