Business Development Manager – Offshore Energy

About the role

Marine Solutionz Group is expanding its offshore energy footprint across West Africa and seeks an experienced Business Development Manager based in Nigeria. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the offshore oil & gas ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a pipeline of opportunities across SPM, FPSO, offshore transfer systems, marine services, and logistics.
• Engage with International Oil Companies (IOCs), EPC contractors, indigenous operators, and offshore service providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Nigeria’s offshore sector.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Track market trends and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive network within Nigeria’s offshore oil & gas ecosystem.
• Proven experience working with IOCs, EPC contractors, and local operators.
• Solid understanding of offshore operations, marine logistics, and energy infrastructure projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Required skills

• Knowledge of offshore energy assets such as FPSO and SPM systems.
• Familiarity with marine logistics and offshore support vessel operations.
