About the role
The Business Development Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Lagos, driving new revenue streams for Nigeria’s leading toy retailer. You will identify and develop partnerships with retail, corporate and institutional buyers while aligning initiatives with the company’s mission to bring quality toys to every child.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and opportunity analysis to uncover new business prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate contracts and prepare sales proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to design growth strategies and track performance metrics.
- Represent Auldon Limited at industry events and monitor competitor activity.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail, FMCG, consumer goods or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and on‑site work capability in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- CRM tools usage.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Basic data analysis for performance tracking.
