Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for Lagos School of Interior Design. You will lead the acquisition of new clients, expand our market presence, and support revenue generation through strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage business development and marketing initiatives across relevant digital platforms.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on business development and marketing performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting opportunities into business.
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets, with immediate availability.
