Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for CANLUXE HOMES by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and expanding the client base within the construction sector. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s growth strategy and ensure alignment with market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute strategic growth opportunities and market expansion plans aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Prospect potential clients, research industry trends and maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking and events.
• Establish, negotiate and manage high‑value strategic partnerships, joint ventures and channel relationships to increase market reach.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor strategies to refine product and service positioning.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact and pitch presentations to proposal drafting, contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored value propositions.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline health, forecast revenue and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
