Business Development & Brand Partner

About the role

Adriel-One Synergy Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development & Brand Partner to drive revenue growth and strengthen strategic brand alliances. Based in Lagos Marina, you will work closely with sales, marketing and client teams to expand market presence across the retail, fashion and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, corporate organisations and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and pitches, and negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
• Develop and manage strategic brand partnerships, co‑branding, sponsorships and collaborative campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales performance, partnership outcomes and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development or brand partnership.
• At least an HND or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria.

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
