Bridge Partner – Commission-Based Sales

About the role

The Bridge Partner is a full‑time, commission‑based sales position focused on generating new business for The Victorias Ltd. You will prospect entrepreneurs, SMEs, and organisations that need company registration, compliance, administrative support, or growth services, working remotely with occasional in‑person outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients across Nigeria.
• Conduct outreach via calls, direct messages, email, and in‑person visits.
• Present The Victorias Ltd’s service offerings clearly and handle basic objections.
• Close sales and hand off new clients to the internal delivery team.
• Maintain a simple pipeline of leads and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the Bridge Partner Lead to achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable pitching to strangers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑only, target‑driven structure.
• Based in or able to operate in River State.
• Familiarity with or interest in business registration, admin services, or B2B sales is a plus.
