Brewing Manager

About the role

The Brewing Manager leads the brewery’s operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production that meets international standards. You will oversee people, plant, process, and product while driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain occupational health, safety, and risk compliance.
• Ensure brewery quality, taste targets, and product reliability.
• Optimize processes, manage assets, and maximize plant availability.
• Implement and monitor adherence to SAB Ltd and global brewing quality standards.
• Translate brewing strategy into operational execution and standard work practices.
• Conduct brand and technical audits, manage non‑conformance actions.
• Lead team problem‑solving, goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Develop training plans, cross‑skill the engineering team, and mentor trainees.
• Analyse plant performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive root‑cause investigations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a brewing or manufacturing team.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in a brewery environment.
• Ability to lead people in line with global leadership behaviours and company values.
• Experience conducting audits and managing continuous‑improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
