Brand Operation Officer (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Brand Operation Officer will act as the primary liaison for both internal and external communications, driving marketing initiatives that boost sales and managing the brand’s social media presence. This part‑time role combines brand coordination with hands‑on social media management to ensure a consistent, engaging brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for brand communications and maintain confidentiality.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Respond to social media enquiries, aiming for a conversion rate of 90%+.
• Confirm orders, keep a real‑time order log, and coordinate deliveries with partners.
• Schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely follow‑ups on deadlines.
• Manage and grow official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Create, plan, and schedule content using a structured calendar.
• Produce reels, stories, behind‑the‑scenes and live‑event coverage.
• Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and maintain an interactive presence.
• Track performance metrics, generate monthly insight reports, and identify influencer or partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience as a brand or media coordinator.
• Proximity to Lekki (advantageous) and ability to attend events, shoots, and appointments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high discretion.

Required skills

• Video editing on iPhone using CapCut or InShot.
• Graphic design with Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Social media analytics tools such as Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
