Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Mirrors Beauty is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive customer engagement across its luxury beauty portfolio. This full‑time, hybrid position based in Lagos will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the brand’s story is consistently communicated in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand positioning and storytelling across digital and physical channels.
• Plan, launch and manage product and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
• Serve as primary liaison for brand partners, coordinating co‑branded initiatives and collaborations.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to deliver premium in‑store experiences that reflect brand identity.
• Monitor brand performance, analyse market trends and recommend actions to grow key categories such as fragrance and skincare.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy and campaign execution, preferably within beauty or luxury retail.
• Strong background in content creation, digital and social media marketing.
• Ability to translate data analysis and market research into actionable marketing decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Commercial awareness and a self‑starter attitude with a focus on results.
