Brand Marketing Executive

About the role

BeautyByTejj Studio is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, execute campaigns and create engaging social content for its beauty and cosmetics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies, product launches, promotions and brand activations while tracking performance and optimizing reach.
• Support brand strategy across digital and physical platforms, ensuring consistent voice, identity and visual aesthetics.
• Create and manage Instagram, TikTok and other social content, maintain a content calendar, and engage with the online community.
• Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers, creators and strategic partners, handling gifting, PR packages and activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Mass Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or fashion.
• Strong passion for beauty storytelling and proven ability to produce compelling brand‑aligned copy.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Completed NYSC and immediate availability for a full‑time, on‑site role.
