Brand Designer

About the role

You will join a small marketing team responsible for the visual output of all companies within Impacto Grupo. The position focuses on creating and maintaining distinct visual identities for each brand while ensuring consistency and high‑quality execution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visual identity systems (colour, typography, layout, logo usage) for Muse Studio and sister brands.
• Build and manage template libraries for social media, email, presentations, and printed collateral.
• Design event materials such as invitations, signage, and promotional assets.
• Apply brand systems consistently to content produced by other team members.
• Support the creation of new visual identities for sister brands when required.
• Work within a monthly creative direction set by the team lead, exercising autonomy in execution.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work (posters, logos, social content, brand systems).
• Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Ability to design for a premium market position, emphasizing restraint and consistency.
• Comfortable working across multiple distinct brand identities without inconsistency.
• Receptive to creative direction while contributing independent design judgement.
