Brand Content Producer

About the role

JO Properties is looking for a full‑time, remote Brand Content Producer to lead the creation of video and visual assets for its brand. The role is YouTube‑first, responsible for turning raw footage, voice notes and briefs into polished long‑form videos and daily short‑form social clips.

Key responsibilities

• Edit long‑form YouTube videos, mentorship sessions, interviews, webinars and case‑study pieces.
• Create short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
• Design YouTube thumbnails, social graphics, carousel ads and other brand assets.
• Enhance videos with hooks, pacing, B‑roll, captions, lower‑thirds, sound design and retention‑focused editing.
• Organise project files, exports and revisions according to weekly content calendars.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating long‑form YouTube editing and short‑form content.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and full‑time availability.

Required skills

• Premiere Pro (or CapCut) for video editing.
• Canva Pro for quick design tasks.
• Photoshop and/or Illustrator for static graphics.
• After Effects or basic motion‑graphics (preferred).
• Audio cleaning, colour correction and use of copyright‑safe music/SFX.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics (retention, CTR, watch time).
