Brand & Content Lead

About the role

Pacten is looking for a Brand & Content Lead to become the creative force behind its brand. This role focuses on building and showcasing the brand, not on performance advertising, and you will create the playbook from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Own the social presence end‑to‑end across every platform, planning, posting, reposting, commenting, engaging and growing audiences.
• Create studio‑quality content using AI tools, including copy, graphics, short‑form video and brand assets.
• Design graphics and maintain visual identity, templates and consistency across all brand surfaces.
• Travel to real businesses across Lagos to capture authentic, on‑location content with operators.
• Provide the ad team with high‑converting creative, measure performance and double down on what works.

Required profile

• A content creator first, with proven experience growing real audiences rather than just scheduling posts.
• Fluent and fast with AI content tools for generation, editing and design.
• A designer’s eye; graphics and branding come naturally.
• A community builder who comments, replies, reposts and shows up daily.
• Hands‑on and comfortable shooting on location.

What we offer

• Salary starting from ₦250,000 per month, competitive based on experience.
• Regular on‑location content shoots at client businesses.
