Brand & Communications Manager

About the role

The Brand & Communications Manager will own the organization’s voice across all internal and external communication channels, driving patient engagement, brand visibility and business growth for a multi‑service healthcare provider.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve the brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity.
• Develop and manage brand guidelines for internal teams and external vendors, reviewing all brand materials for compliance.
• Create high‑quality content for newsletters, social media, websites, patient communications, email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts and internal communications.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities and healthcare awareness campaigns.
• Design and implement patient engagement strategies to improve retention and loyalty across senior care, chronic disease and corporate client segments.
• Manage social media presence, coordinate email marketing campaigns and monitor digital campaign performance, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Draft press releases, media statements and partnership announcements, supporting business development with pitch decks and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with digital health teams to increase awareness and adoption of digital healthcare services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand and communications management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross‑functional leaders (clinical services, pharmacy, laboratory, senior care, digital health).
• Strong editorial skills and strategic thinking to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
