Brand Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Associate to join Empower Careers in Lagos. You will drive brand strategy, create compelling content and manage influencer collaborations across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions from concept through delivery.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Write brand‑aligned captions and storytelling pieces, ensuring a regular posting calendar.
• Identify, negotiate and coordinate brand collaborations, influencer partnerships and PR activations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the beauty sector.
• Completed NYSC.
• Growth‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable owning a brand’s image.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok for content creation and editing.
• Strong grasp of current social media trends.
