BI Analyst (Decision Science)

About the role

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our Decision Science team in Lagos. You will turn large data sets into actionable insights that drive revenue and support our mission of financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop revenue‑generating data insights.
• Build and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for management.
• Extract, cleanse, and model data for reporting.
• Provide bespoke Power BI reporting support to end users.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate analysis into decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience creating reports and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI.
• Fintech background is a plus.
