About the role
We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team at Sassy Party Freak in Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Mix ingredients and knead dough for breads, cakes and pastries.
- Operate ovens and baking equipment to produce quality baked goods.
- Decorate, package and present baked products attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery, equipment and utensils.
- Ensure products meet required standards of taste, texture, freshness and appearance.
- Monitor stock, check expiry dates and minimise waste.
- Prepare customer orders on time and collaborate with bakery staff.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar baking role.
