B2B Executive – Office Building & Real Estate Sales

About the role

Arnergy is seeking a B2B Executive to lead corporate sales of solar PV, battery storage and energy management solutions for office buildings and real‑estate developments across Nigeria. The role focuses on positioning Arnergy as the premium energy partner for facility managers, property developers and corporate occupiers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and develop new accounts in commercial office towers, business parks, co‑working hubs and mixed‑use developments.
• Map energy consumption, generator capacity and ESG reporting requirements to build data‑driven value propositions.
• Collaborate with Technical Services to scope rooftop PV, carport installations and battery storage for large buildings.
• Develop financial models covering total cost of ownership, diesel displacement, financing options and payback periods.
• Prepare and present board‑level proposals and multi‑building offers for property groups and facility‑management companies.
• Manage a portfolio of active office‑building accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Provide regular energy‑performance reports and act as the primary commercial contact for escalations.
• Submit accurate pipeline and revenue reports via CRM and monitor market intelligence on new office‑tower projects and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales targeting commercial real‑estate or corporate energy customers.
• Strong ability to develop new accounts and manage long‑term relationships with facility managers, developers and corporate occupiers.
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills for senior and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored energy solutions.
