Associate Recruiter

About the role

The Associate Recruiter will support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and play a key role in the recruitment, training and onboarding processes across Abuja, Lagos and Rivers State.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the organisation.
• Assist HR in recruitment, training and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR files, both hard and soft copies, and conduct regular file audits.
• Provide general office support to management and the HR department.
• Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions and surveys.
• Prepare payroll data by supplying relevant attendance information.
• Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews and prepare reports.

Required profile

• B.Sc/HND in any Social Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of human‑resources processes and practices.
