About the role

Wigwe University is seeking a part‑time Associate Professor in Film and Media Studies to join its academic staff. The role involves teaching, research, and contributing to the department’s academic leadership.

Required profile

Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with the appropriate number of years of university teaching and research experience.
Strong record of quality publications and evidence of academic leadership.
For Sabbatical appointments, candidates must be serving Professors in recognized universities and obtain release from their institutions.
Membership of relevant professional bodies and proficiency in digital teaching tools are advantageous.
