Associate Finance & Administration

About the role

The Associate Finance & Administration will support the finance team in managing treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital while also overseeing key administrative functions. This hybrid role in Lagos offers exposure to strategic finance matters and interaction with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day treasury activities, cash flow monitoring and working capital optimization.
• Support banking relationships, funding requirements and liquidity planning.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit engagements.
• Maintain relationships with regulators, auditors and tax authorities.
• Oversee admin functions such as vendor management, contracts, procurement and office operations.
• Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Support the Management Team on strategic finance reports and board materials.

Required profile

• ICAN or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury or operations.
• Strong background in treasury and liquidity management.
• Proven experience managing regulator relationships.
• Experience in financial services or a SEC‑regulated entity.
• Readiness to progress into a senior leadership role.
