Assistant Visual Manager

About the role

Creative Minds Academy Ltd. is seeking a remote Assistant Visual Manager to help shape visual concepts for its digital campaigns, online courses, and brand communications. You will work closely with instructional designers and marketing teams to create engaging graphics, slide decks, simple animations, and layouts that support learner engagement and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers and marketers to develop visual assets for web, social media, and learning platforms.
• Prepare graphics, slide presentations, simple animations, and layout designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organise visual asset libraries and support content calendar planning.
• Coordinate with external creatives when specialised work is required.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all visuals meet accessibility and inclusivity standards before publication.
• Monitor visual performance metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong visual design and layout abilities with experience creating graphics, slide decks, and social media visuals.
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable software.
• Foundational knowledge of digital content and marketing principles, especially brand consistency.
• Excellent organisational and project‑coordination skills to manage multiple visual tasks remotely.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on constructive feedback.
• Attention to detail, ensuring visual quality and compliance with accessibility standards.
• Relevant education or practical experience in design, visual communication, media, or a related field.
