Assistant Studio Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support the daily operations of our studio spaces in Lagos. You will ensure a welcoming environment for clients and help maintain smooth workflow for the creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close assigned studio spaces.
• Prepare studios before client arrival and perform walkthroughs before and after bookings.
• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Monitor equipment arrangement, cleanliness and presentation.
• Complete daily operational checklists and escalate issues to the Studio Manager.
• Support smooth daily studio operations, including shift work on weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service attitude.
• Organised, dependable and punctual.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance to the studio.
