About the role

Sundry Foods Limited is an integrated food‑services company operating in major Nigerian cities, delivering ready‑to‑eat meals through a network of restaurants, bakeries and catering facilities. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the assigned outlet runs profitably and complies with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures, while working alongside a team of young, seasoned professionals who share a passion for quality food and service.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager in day‑to‑day operations of the assigned restaurant.
Help ensure the outlet runs profitably while adhering to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Support staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
Demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for delivering high‑quality food.

Required skills

Culinary skills.
