Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

Join Hyatt Regency Lagos, Ikeja’s pre‑opening team as an Assistant Outlet Manager. You will support the Outlet Manager in delivering a profitable, guest‑focused restaurant, bar or café that meets Hyatt’s high standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, bar or café, ensuring compliance with Hyatt International standards.
• Maintain smooth service flow, uphold brand standards, and ensure consistent quality of food, beverages and service.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to maximise satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, costs and revenues; support initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Participate in inventory control, cost management and stock ordering.
• Supervise, train and schedule outlet staff, fostering a positive work environment aligned with Hyatt values.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels or large restaurants.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and cost control.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu planning and inventory management.
