Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Electro‑mechanical Technician

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Drilling Services AMO team to assemble, test and maintain cutting‑edge drilling equipment. You will work alongside engineers and scientists to ensure the reliability of down‑hole tools and surface instrumentation.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists.
• Assist with scheduled and preventive maintenance on factory equipment, ensuring on‑time completion.
• Perform quality‑assurance activities in line with manufacturing, engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant degree.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in an electro‑mechanical drilling environment.
• Previous experience with Baker Hughes is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
