Artisan & Service Provider (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

Pickwork is looking for skilled artisans to join its network of service providers across Nigeria. As an Artisan & Service Provider you will travel to client locations, assess needs and deliver high‑quality repairs, installations or custom craftsmanship on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites nationwide to perform repairs, maintenance, installations or bespoke projects.
• Assess service requirements, provide cost and time estimates and complete work safely and efficiently.
• Manage bookings through the Pickwork platform, record job details and materials used.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers, address inquiries and resolve any service issues.

Required profile

• Demonstrated trade skills in a recognized field such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical repairs or cleaning services.
• Professional attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail, punctuality and reliability for on‑site work across various locations.
• Basic record‑keeping and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to speak English; knowledge of local Nigerian languages is a plus.
