Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of client campaigns at Redwire Marketing Consulting in Abuja. The role involves shaping creative concepts, overseeing design production, and ensuring the delivery of high‑impact visual assets across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, budgets and timelines.
• Establish the overall artistic vision and tone for campaigns.
• Select and curate visual elements such as photography, video, illustration and other media.
• Create layouts and designs for print publications, including magazines and books.
• Direct the creation of artwork for websites and other online media.
• Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback to meet their preferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4‑5 years of proven experience in art direction, with at least 1 year in a senior management role.
• Strong decision‑making ability and capacity to work autonomously.
• Experience developing forward‑thinking creative ideas that drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and related add‑ons.
