About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking an Architectural Lead to head its design studio in Lagos. This senior position oversees design operations, staff deployment, project delivery, and quality assurance for a range of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

Maintain quality standards and ensure BIM compliance across all projects.
Oversee project execution and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client teams.
Validate site queries, keep accurate project records, and manage documentation.
Lead staff performance reviews and support HR initiatives related to the design team.

Required profile

Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with Nigerian construction standards.

Required skills

Proficiency in Revit.
Expertise in BIM workflows.
