Analyst, Administrative Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support the operations of the SeaLearn facility. The role involves coordinating stakeholder meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the SeaLearn facility and assist with classroom coordination for students.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend meetings as required and take minutes.
• Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and administrative updates.
• Submit documents to NIMASA and other regulatory bodies when required.
• Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Support overall office operations and other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or coordination experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
