Aesthetics Designer

About the role

The Aesthetics Designer will create and oversee interior design concepts across multiple locations in Nigeria, ensuring each project meets client expectations, budget, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Sketch initial design plans, develop colour themes and present ideas to clients.
• Determine project costs, source materials and products, and manage procurement.
• Visit job sites to assess space, design needs and functional requirements.
• Conduct client meetings to capture style preferences and design objectives.
• Obtain client approval before producing detailed CAD drawings and work briefs.
• Hire and coordinate contractors such as carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians and artists.
• Supervise the purchase of raw materials and monitor progress against schedule.
• Ensure project completion within the agreed budget and timeline.

Required profile

• Certificate in a relevant design field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior or aesthetic design.
• Strong creativity, artistic ability and imagination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Leadership, coordination and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD design software.
• Ability to read and draw technical blueprints.
