Admin Operations Officer

About the role

The Admin Operations Officer will oversee relationship operations coordinators, ambassadors, and the maintenance of all service locations. This role ensures high‑quality cleaning services, safety compliance, and efficient budget management across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to guarantee service quality.
• Ensure teams follow safety protocols during cleaning activities.
• Plan and monitor budgets to support smooth operational flow.
• Analyse data and recommend improvements to cleaning processes.
• Develop and review operational plans to enhance procedures and service delivery.
• Select and oversee equipment, technologies, and supplies for project sites.
• Perform cleaning tasks using appropriate ride‑on machinery when required.
• Oversee customer accounts, employee assignments, and consumable distribution.
• Prepare and present progress reports, problem‑solving proposals, and meeting materials.
• Conduct incident and emergency investigations.
• Interview, hire, and train new coordinators and ambassadors, and conduct site inspections.

Required profile

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with suppliers and vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using ERP solutions.
